Ayurved is the term of Sanskrit. Conjunction of the words “ayus” and “veda”.
Ayus stands for the “Life” and the Veda stands for the Deep Science. In this

Ayurved is the treatment system from very old time. It is the type of system
under the intricate medical type. It is originated by the Ancient Great Sages
of India.
Ayurved Basic Principle:
Basically Ayurveda depend and based on
the basic premises of life by which the universe is build up of Five elements
named – 1. Air, 2. Fire, 3. Water, 4. Earth and the 5. Ether. Such elements are
shows the humans by the energies or the doshas like – Pitta, Kapha and Vata. So
among these three doshas, It also called the Tridoshas. Ayurveda Advised the
few specific nutritional and lifestyle guidelines to improve and reduce the
unwanted or extra dosha.
